Bi-Lingual Chinese teacher needed; the Chung Wah Academy is looking for teacher, teacher assistant and high school volunteers for afterschool program in Boston Chinatown, fluency in Chinese and English with knowledge of Chinese culture is preferred. 招收二零一一年度（2011 2012）春季插班各级新生

宗旨：本校已有11历史之非牟利中文学校。附设有课余班、英数班、才艺班课程。课余班之目的是协助上班族家长，减轻他们无暇照顾子女的困难，提升华人社区及新移民下一代的教育。辅导学生完成日校功课。并设有英数补习和中华文化的教导（Kent School学生有专人接带）。
师资：聘请精通英文、普通话、广东话、经验丰富的老师任教。大学生、高中生任助教，富有爱心义工辅助。

地点：波城华埠昆士公立小学校内。

时间：星期一至星期五   3:15pm--6:00pm

班级：由K2至六年级。

学费：每月$65，五个月共$325（暂不接受托儿代用劵）。

2011 - 2012 Story telling and Speech Competition

侨立中文学校
二零一一年度庆祝圣诞暨儿歌朗诵和故事演讲比赛

     中华侨立中文学校日前举办儿歌朗诵和故事演讲比赛，并于圣诞节前一天，举行庆祝圣诞暨颁奖典礼。参加典礼的同学约三百余人，而获奖者共有四十二人。当天，每位获奖者，使用标准流利的普通话上台表演，他们的表情丰富，生动活泼，赢得在场家长和师生的热烈掌声。

      表演完毕，梁惠瓊校长为得奖的学生颁发精美奖品和奖状，并鼓励同学们再接再厉，把中文学得更好。她还感谢家长和侨界的大力支持，更感谢老师们的衷诚合作。

      侨立中文学校每年都举办各类学术比赛，通过每项活动来提高学生的中文水平和培养他们学习中文的兴趣。每次活动，都赢得家长的支持和好评，他们认为，藉着各种活动，既提高学生普通话的听说能力，也学到更多做人道理。例如，江卓谚同学讲的《小蝌蚪找妈妈》，它启发小朋友如何做个有礼貌的好孩子；又如，陈灿锋同学讲的《狼来了》,它教导小朋友不要说谎，说谎的人不会得到别人的信任。
